Yes, every item is 100% genuine and bought from established designer retailers. See our Authenticity Guarantee.
Why are your prices lower?
We're an outlet: we buy designer stock at reduced prices and pass the savings on. The crossed-out "Compare at" price is the original retail price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus the payment options shown at checkout.
Shipping and duties
How much is shipping?
One flat shipping price per order, however many items you buy (United States: $30), so adding more never adds to the shipping cost. More on Shipping & Delivery.
Do I have to pay taxes or import duties?
No. All taxes and import duties are included in our prices on every order, wherever you are, so there's nothing extra to pay at checkout or on delivery.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on where your item ships from. You'll see the estimate at checkout, and we email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Orders, sizes and returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can't be changed, but you can return it.
How do I find my size?
Every product with sizes has a Size guide next to its sizes, and our Size Guide has every chart.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags. See Returns & Exchanges.
