Returns are simple: tell us, send it back, and we refund you.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed), beauty products and pierced jewelry can't be returned unless faulty.
