Refund policy

Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed), beauty products and pierced jewelry can't be returned unless faulty.

How to return

Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund you to your original payment method. We'll email you when your refund has been issued.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right.
